The Administration Team consists primarily of Senior Receptionists. The administration team members take responsibility to ensure the correct processing of patient details, medical record/reports, hospital referrals/discharge summaries, test results, all correspondence, and prescription requests from patients/pharmacies and outside agencies.
Our Receptionists provide an important link for patients with the Practice and are your initial contact point for general enquiries. The Team can provide basic information on services and results and direct you to the correct person, depending on your health issue or query. Receptionists arrange the majority of the patient appointments with the GPs and Nurses.
