The Practice would like patients who are interested to join our Patient Participation Group, to register. This group, working with the practice staff, can contribute to the continuous improvement of services, foster improved communication between the practice and its patients and help patients to take more responsibility for their health and to provide practical support and to help implement change.
Members of The Practice Team meet every two months with the group and any information regarding practice changes are discussed at these meetings. Please ask at Reception for further details.
